We call on the council to reconsider the plan for closing the public toilet near the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Clifton Suspension Bridge is one of Bristol most iconic and well-loved scenes. The site draws thousands of visitors every year from across Bristol and outside the city borders as well as local residents who use the Downs for recreation and exercise.

Background information

The closure of this would inconvenience many hundreds of people everyday and put an additional burden on local businesses - we urge the council to reconsider this short sighted proposal to cut this vital service.
